The result is a treat for all senses.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What\ndoes the menu \u201cA Walk Through the Vegetable Garden\u201d sound like? How about\nTIAN\u2019s wines? Radiopark found out and curated an individual music program that\nis as progressive as the restaurant\u2019s unique aromas. The challenge was to find songs\nthat fit the top-tier-restaurant\u2019s concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TIAN is the only vegetarian restaurant in Austria to have a Michelin Star as well as four awards by Gault Millau. In Paul Ivi\u0107\u2019s kitchen, TIAN\u2019s CEO and Chef de Cuisine, vegetables play the leading role. His team combines expertise, sustainability and ethics with a love for experiments. For that, they use a variety of very rare, nearly forgotten vegetables, fruits and wheats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTIAN\u2019s\nguests ask for an unforgettable evening. That includes a perfect atmosphere,\nexcellent service and delicacies on their dishes and in their glasses. It is\nour job to emphasize these gourmet moments musically.\u201d, explains Radiopark CEO\nArndt-Helge Grap. That is why the choice of music draws from the restaurants\ninterior design, atmosphere as well as their menu and to create an emotional\nexperience.
