Marc Tiedemann is in charge of sales and support for Radiopark on the Canary Islands since June 15th. At the new office location on Fuerteventura, the experienced employee will be the contact person for all Canary Islands customers.
Whether Lanzarote, Gran Canaria or Fuerteventura: the Canary Islands are no new territory for Radiopark. The Canary resorts of ROBINSON Club, SENTIDO, TUI Magic Life and Seaside currently rely on the know-how of the music experts. To ensure that both customers and holiday guests are always satisfied, Managing Director Arndt-Helge Grap has decided to open a Radiopark office on Fuerteventura. He explains: “Our customer base on the Canary Islands has developed continuously and very dynamically in recent years. Radiopark has built up an excellent reputation in the holiday and club hotel sector. With almost 14 million tourists in 2018 – of which 20% come from Germany alone – the Canary Islands play a central role. Reason enough for us to open a service and sales location on Fuerteventura to supply the islands from there.”
Customer service plays a central role at Radiopark
In order for the sound to match both hotel and the brand, it is essential to know and to take account of the target group, the location and the customers’ individual needs. The interior design and the surroundings of the hotel as well as the brand identity influence the creation of the tailor-made music program. With the help of a specially developed media player and the associated application, Radiopark also enables time-based and fully automatic playback of the curated music programs. Marc Tiedemann now offers this support on the Canary Islands, thus ensuring smooth operations on the Atlantic archipelago.
